Singer/Song writer JEFF STRANGE was a founding member and fifteen year veteran of internationally known Irish folk band Donnybrook Fair, whose 1980 album release Tunnel Tigers received airplay in both Ireland and England, as well as the United States.  He was also a longtime member of the New York Capital Region’s most popular band, The Newports.

In more recent years, Jeff has travelled throughout the Northeast as a solo acoustic performer. He has released two CDs of original music, The Killing Words and Invisible Life -and Colours, a more recent release of Irish music - all featuring some of the areas finest musicians.

Known for his on-stage patter and energetic performances incorporating a broad selection of Irish, rock and original music, Jeff has also expanded his talents to include the completion of his first novel, The Ascent of Light (awaiting publication) and is well on his way to finishing his second!
